A delicious twist on classic burgers with a Philly cheesesteak filling and crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 cups provolone cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  3. Mix ground turkey with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; form into patties.
  4. Cook patties in the skillet until browned on both sides.
  5. Top each patty with sautéed vegetables and provolone cheese, then cover until cheese melts.
  6. Assemble burgers on buns, adding crumbled turkey bacon on top.
