  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a baking dish, combine rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place chicken on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Spread tzatziki sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
