  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
