  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add onions, garlic powder, and cumin to the beef and cook until onions are soft.
  4. Spread a layer of enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and some cheese, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes
