- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and vanilla over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
