  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, and thyme. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until heated through.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuit dough into quarters and drop into the mixture.
  4. Cover and continue to cook until the biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
