  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream.
  5. Use a potato masher to blend the soup to your desired consistency.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional turkey bacon if desired.
