  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20 minutes.
