  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating well until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Fold in the shredded coconut and half of the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Once cooled, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  10. Allow to set before cutting into squares and serving.
