Easy Sourdough Breakfast Hot Pockets filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sourdough starter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, salt, and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  4. Fill each square with the turkey bacon and chicken ham, then fold over and seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
