  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated carrots, almond flour, eggs, maple syrup, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in the walnuts and raisins.
