  • 1 cup mixed mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 slices baguette, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and garlic, sauté until mushrooms are soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sautéed mushrooms with cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan until well combined.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the toasted baguette slices.
