  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup crispy onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, sour cream, and soy sauce.
