- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large tortillas
