- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chopped leafy greens
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble it.
