These Herbed Potato Stacks are a delicious and easy way to enjoy layers of flavor with the added goodness of turkey bacon.

  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
