- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the cauliflower, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, quick release the pressure. Blend the soup until smooth.
- Stir in the milk and heat through before serving.
