- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapeños, diced
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 cups oil, for frying
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
