A delicious blend of flavors in a convenient egg roll.

Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 jalapeños, diced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 cups oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll and seal the edges with water.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Can be made ahead and frozen before frying.
  • For a healthier option, bake instead of frying.
