4 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add the onions, garlic, celery, and carrots. Sauté until softened.
Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Stir in the shredded chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper.
