A delicious and healthy keto chili recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add chicken ham, bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the cooked turkey bacon back into the pot.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For a spicier chili, add jalapeños.
