- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add chicken ham, bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Add the cooked turkey bacon back into the pot.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
