  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced onions and bell peppers.
  3. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes, then add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lay out the turkey bacon on a baking sheet and place some of the sautéed mixture and provolone cheese on each slice.
