  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy.
  4. Add eggs, sour cream, key lime juice, and vanilla to the butter mixture. Mix well.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool, then frost with your favorite icing.
