- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to create the dip.
- Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
