  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the minced garlic over the dough.
  6. Arrange the sliced zucchini evenly on top.
  7. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
