2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix sweet potato puree, melted butter, milk, and honey.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture until just combined.
