A creamy and savory Loaded Potato & Meatloaf Casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbly.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
