  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
