- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
