  • 1 cup sliced pears
  • 4 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer sliced pears evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Add dollops of cranberry sauce on top of the pears.
  5. Slice brie cheese and arrange it over the cranberries.
  6. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over everything.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Drizzle with honey if desired before serving.
