1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and shredded coconut.
