  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, pumpkin puree, sugars, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread with a little butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Roll up the dough, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
