  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and eggs; whisk until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  7. Spoon the batter into greased cupcake molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a plate to serve.
