  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add patties to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
