2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan, then drizzle with half of the salted caramel sauce. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl the remaining caramel into the batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
