  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
