- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumbers, sliced
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
- Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Spread ranch dressing on the pita breads.
- Add sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers on top of the ranch dressing.
- Fold the pitas in half and serve immediately.
