  • 1 pound chicken, diced
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, turkey bacon, shrimp, onion, bell pepper, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, stir well and serve warm.
