  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, chicken, carrots, celery, onion, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, tear the biscuit dough into pieces and drop them into the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook until the biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
