  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 8 sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef broth and sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the roast.
  3. Add the pepperoncini peppers, including some of the juice.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Shred the beef with two forks and stir back into the juices.
  6. Serve on sandwich rolls topped with provolone cheese.
