- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- Rub the beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned beef in the slow cooker and add beef broth and lime juice.
