  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel and julienne the carrots.
  2. In a bowl, combine the carrots with sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the minced garlic, sauté until golden brown.
