- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir in the chopped bacon and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
