- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
