A deliciously indulgent dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake and a crunchy strawberry topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust.
  6. Layer sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry jam.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer cheesecake, use extra cream cheese.
  • Can replace fresh strawberries with other berries if desired.
