Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Layer the crushed strawberries on top of the crust, then pour the cream cheese mixture over it.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
