  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped bacon, and half the cinnamon.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on four slices of bread and top with remaining slices.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and remaining cinnamon.
  5. Heat butter in skillet and dip each sandwich in the egg mixture.
  6. Cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with syrup.
