  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out some of the flesh.
  4. Mix the scooped potato flesh with turkey bacon, cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  5. Fill the potato skins with the mixture and top with extra cheese and green onions.
  6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
