  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
