- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in chicken ham, bacon, peas, carrots, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer meat mixture into a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and tops are golden.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of red wine to the meat mixture.
- You can substitute ground beef if preferred.
