- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
