  • 1 cup red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with enchilada sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
